Salad lovers are in for a real treat here. The portions are huge and the dressing divine. Try the candied pecan salad with a raspberry vinagrette dressing for a perfect balance of savory and sweet, or Kirsten's salad for an interesting combination of sea greens, spinach, and guacamole.
There are also vegetable salad platters big enough to share, they say, for two. But you could easily satisfy 3 or more with the Rawsome Platter or the Mediterranean Platter.

Every item on the menu, is made from scratch, and beyond that, you'll find specials that are created by Agnes, herself, who arrives each day before the crack of dawn to prepare her inspired freestyle recipes (these are my favorites). She has a real talent for turning new and interesting combinations into surprising soups and entrées.
Another feature that makes D'Lish a true stand out, even among the best of vegetarian restaurants in Arizona, is the consideration for their customers. The menu choices evolve in response to visitor-feedback. And Richard is often available during lunch and dinner times to talk with people who are interested in knowing more about how to eat and stay well, without sacrificing satisfaction.
The look and vibe are inviting as well. The indoor dining area has 20-feet-high ceilings, lots of windows, and walls that double as an informal art gallery featuring the work of local artists. Plus, the (pet-friendly) outdoor patio comes with a great Red Rock view.
Linger with some of Agnes' homemade Indian chai, and maybe a sweet dessert treat. Or just come for an invigorating fruit smoothie or veggie drink.
