Sharing The Table at Garlands Sedona Restaurant

There's something about Garlands Sedona that feels effortless. Likely because the owners, Gary and Mary Garland truly love what they do. And also because the highly discerning but easy-going chef, Amanda Stine, has been creating wonderful dishes here for more than 20 years now.

Garlands Sedona is a long time favorite of locals and travelers. We wait excitedly for Garlands seasonal opening each year in April, which continues through late November.

During this time, the organic fruits and vegetables, that are grown on the premises, become ripe and ready for chef Stine's innovative inclusion in hearty gourmet breakfasts and divine multi-course dinners. This is one of the reasons the food here is so profoundly fresh and unique.

The ambience is comfortably small and intimate. Natural and elegant. And, with limited seating, sometimes guests share a table here. Tables for two can be requested, but aren't guaranteed.

From 6pm to 7pm, you can enjoy cocktails around an open air fire out on the lawn. Around 7pm, the dinner bell rings, and guests are welcomed to a very memorable dining experience.

Mary Garland and Amanda Stine have co-authored a celebrated cookbook, Sharing the Table at Garland's Lodge, which is their loving response to, literally, thousands of requests. Or, as they themselves put it, "…a hefty three pounds of savory treats that will last a lifetime. Over 275 of our guests' favorites… color photos… and… like old friends, these recipes are tried and true, accessible and adaptable-- foods we all love to eat…"

Note: Guests with small children are encouraged to make babysitting arrangements.
